Welcome to PrayForMe — a charitable initiative created to help others, in unity with houses of prayer.
 By accessing or using this website (the “Platform”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).
 If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

These Terms govern your access to and use of the PrayForMe website, accounts, donation tools, volunteer programs, and all related features operated by or on behalf of PrayForMe (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

2. Our Mission

PrayForMe provides a digital space where verified representatives of houses of prayer and spiritual communities can request support — and where people who wish to help can respond through giving, volunteering, or prayer.
 We act as a facilitator, connecting verified initiatives with those who feel called to contribute.

3. Use of the Platform

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful and meaningful purposes consistent with PrayForMe’s mission.
 You must not:

  • Provide false or misleading information. 
  • Interfere with the security or normal operation of the Platform. 
  • Use the Platform to promote discrimination, violence, or commercial solicitation. 
  • Copy, redistribute, or exploit the content for any commercial purpose without permission. 

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.

4. Registration and Accounts

Some features may require creating an account.
 You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information. 
  • Keep your credentials confidential. 
  • Notify us immediately at support@prayforme.com if you suspect unauthorized access. 

We reserve the right to deactivate or remove accounts that violate these Terms or that are inactive for extended periods.

5. Donations and Volunteer Requests

  • Only verified representatives of houses of prayer and registered organizations may submit public requests for help. 
  • Donations are processed through third-party providers (e.g., Stripe or PayPal). 
  • PrayForMe does not handle or store payment details directly. 
  • All fundraising and volunteering projects are moderated before publication, but final responsibility for their accuracy and outcomes lies with the verified representatives who post them. 

PrayForMe serves as an intermediary platform — not as a direct beneficiary or agent of donors or recipients.

6. Intellectual Property

All content and materials on this website — including text, graphics, layout, and logo — are the intellectual property of PrayForMe or its partners, unless otherwise stated.
 You may not copy, modify, reproduce, or distribute content without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • PrayForMe is not liable for any loss, damage, or disappointment resulting from the use of the Platform or actions of third parties. 
  • We do not guarantee the outcome of any request, campaign, or volunteer initiative. 
  • PrayForMe is not responsible for the conduct of users, organizations, or donors beyond our reasonable control. 

The Platform is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind.

Our website may contain links to third-party sites or payment processors. We are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or services.
 Use of third-party websites is at your own risk.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America and the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
 Any disputes shall be resolved amicably whenever possible; otherwise, through the competent courts of Wyoming, USA.
